Please only submit events with which you are involved as a coordinator. If there are other events that you would like to see added to this site that you are not directly involved in, we encourage you to share this page with someone who is involved in that event and can post on its behalf.
The logo should be no less than 120 x 120. Larger images or images that are not square will be sized-down and/or cropped.
The cover photo will look best at a width of 1500px or more. Anything below 1300px will be noticeably pixelated.
Cover photos will be automatically centered and cropped if their height exceeds the header space.
Please only upload photos that you have permission to use.
If photo credit is compulsory, space is provided on the submission form for this information.
